DancyCastor is the global brand of Zhejiang YongKang Dancy Machine Co., Ltd — a manufacturer of leveling casters, industrial casters and cast parts based in Yongkang, Zhejiang, China.
Our story begins in 1995. That year we started out in a small family workshop in Yongkang — China's hardware capital — casting mechanical components in iron and aluminium. Those early years taught us metal: melting temperatures, mould precision, and how heat treatment changes strength and wear resistance. Those unglamorous skills became our foundation — because how well a caster performs depends, above all, on its castings and its materials.
In August 2003 the business was formally incorporated as Zhejiang YongKang Dancy Machine Co., Ltd. Alongside our existing casting operations, we founded the DANCYCASTOR brand and entered caster manufacturing. Today DancyCastor operates a 1,088 m² self-owned plant with 3 production lines and 23 machines, run by a core team of 7 that scales to around 50 during peak production — shipping over 20,000 leveling casters a month. Load capacity ranges from 50 kg to 1,500 kg per caster, CE certified, and shipped mainly to Europe and North America.
