A leveling caster (also known as a Fuma wheel) combines a caster wheel with an adjustable leveling pad. It allows you to easily move equipment on wheels, then adjust the leveling pad to stabilize and level the equipment in place. This is particularly useful for machinery that needs to be mobile but also requires precise leveling for operation.
We manufacture leveling casters and Fuma wheels from 50 kg to 1,500 kg per unit (110 lb to 3,305 lb), adjustable support casters with foot cups, Japanese-style heavy low center of gravity casters, Korean-style low center of gravity Fuma wheels, stainless steel leveling casters, and aluminum leveling foot cups from 60 mm to 100 mm diameter.

MOQ depends on the model and whether it is a standard or custom item. Standard models can start from a few hundred pieces; OEM and custom production typically requires 5,000 pcs per model. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ for each item.
Absolutely. We have extensive experience in OEM and ODM projects. We can customize specifications, materials, finishes, packaging, and branding according to your requirements. Send us your drawings or specifications to get started.
Our casters use high-quality materials including nylon (PA6), polyurethane (PU), rubber, and steel components. All materials undergo anti-corrosion treatment for durability. We can also use customer-specified materials for OEM orders.
Orders up to 2,000 pcs ship in about 10 days after deposit confirmation. Larger volumes and fully custom tooling take longer. We confirm the exact schedule with every quotation.
Yes, we ship worldwide. We work with reliable freight partners for sea, air, and express delivery. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination and order volume.
Payment terms are flexible. Our usual arrangement is T/T 30% deposit with the balance paid against the copy of the B/L; L/C and other terms are available for larger orders.
Consider these factors: load capacity (equipment weight per caster), wheel size (floor conditions and clearance), mounting type (plate or stem), environment (temperature, chemicals, moisture), and mobility requirements. Contact our team for expert guidance on selecting the right product.
Our factory is at NO.1002, Unit 3, Building 5, Gold Bay Economic Development Zone, Yongkang City, Zhejiang, China. The plant covers 1,088 m² (self-owned) with 3 production lines, 23 machines and a core team of 7 — about 50 people in peak season — giving a monthly capacity of 20,000+ casters. We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Our story begins in 1995 in a family metal-casting workshop; the company was incorporated in 2003 and we have been making casters ever since. Core castings are produced in our own foundry.
Yes. “Leveling caster”, “Fuma wheel” and “Footmaster-style caster” all describe the same product family: a swivel caster combined with an adjustable leveling pad. “Leveling caster” is the term most commonly used by buyers in North America and Europe. Our DC-F, DC-FH, DC-S and DC-FS series are direct equivalents, and we can cross-reference a model to your existing brand by load capacity, mounting type and wheel diameter.
Our casters are CE certified. RoHS and REACH test reports can be supplied with your order on request. Our main export markets are Europe and North America; we ship regularly to distributors, equipment manufacturers and wholesalers worldwide.
We ship from Ningbo or Yiwu, China — we choose whichever port best suits your destination and delivery schedule, and we will confirm it on your quotation. Our standard trade term is FOB Ningbo / Yiwu. CIF, CFR, EXW and other Incoterms are available on request, and we are happy to quote against your own forwarder.
Yes. We can supply dimension sheets, 2D CAD drawings and 3D models so your engineers can check the mounting and the load before committing. Because the drawing we send depends on your equipment — plate hole spacing, stem thread, overall height — leave your email or WhatsApp and your equipment details, and we will send the files once we have confirmed the application with you. Samples are also available for most models.
