Support casters with foot cup, adjustment blocks and leveling foot cups — 100 kg to 600 kg, four families, nine products
Not every machine needs to roll. When equipment has to be moved once and then sit rock-steady for years, an adjustable support caster with a foot cup does both jobs in one unit: a caster wheel for positioning, and a screwed foot cup that winds down to take the full weight off the wheel and level the machine on an uneven floor. The foot-cup models are levelling feet rather than casters, so the column that would carry a wheel diameter instead shows the cup diameter and thread.

Support casters and adjustment blocks are usually fitted to equipment that already exists, so the hole spacing on the machine leg is the constraint that decides the model. The DCRG-600 solves the awkward case: its universal multi-hole block covers 80 × 80 mm, 20 mm slots over a 101 × 165 mm area, and a 20 × 21 mm T-slot pattern, so it will usually find a fixing on a frame you have not measured.
Once the foot cup is wound down, it carries 100 % of the load and the wheel is unloaded. Size the unit on the cup rating, not on how the machine feels when you roll it.
The D60, D80 and D100 foot cups are available with 80 mm, 100 mm or 150 mm stud lengths. Tell us the gap between the machine base and the floor and we will match the stud length to it — there is no charge for choosing a different length within the standard range.
