Designing a machine frame, a weld table or a tool cabinet around a caster? You need the real geometry before you commit — plate hole spacing, overall height, stem thread, wheel diameter and the swing radius. We supply 2D CAD drawings, 3D STEP models, dimension sheets and load data for our whole leveling caster range, from 30 kg to 1,500 kg per unit.

Send your equipment weight, how many casters, the mounting you plan to use and the floor it will run on. A model number is helpful but not essential.
We come back with the model that fits your load and mounting, and flag anything that will not work — before you have drawn it into the frame.
We email the dimension sheet, the 2D drawing and the 3D model, plus load data and certificates. Standard models usually go out within one working day.

Yes. We supply 2D dimension sheets (PDF), 2D CAD files (DWG or DXF), 3D solid models (STEP or IGES) and load test data for our leveling casters, from 30 kg up to 1,500 kg per unit. Send us your contact details and the model you are interested in and we will send the files.
Because the correct drawing depends on your application. Plate hole spacing, stem thread size, overall height and wheel diameter all vary by model, and a drawing that does not match your frame is worse than no drawing. When you tell us your equipment weight, mounting type and floor, we send the exact model drawing the first time.
Standard model drawings are usually sent within one working day of your enquiry. If you need a modified or custom drawing, allow a little longer while we confirm the specification with you first.
The more of these you can give us, the faster we can send the right file: the total weight of the equipment, how many casters you plan to fit, the mounting method (top plate, threaded stem or triangular plate), the floor surface, the model number if you already have one, and whether you need a 2D drawing, a 3D model or both.
