Buying leveling casters wholesale from a factory comes down to four things: the minimum order, the lead time, the payment terms and what can be customised. Here is all of it, in the open, with no “contact us for details”.
We publish these numbers because a buying decision cannot be made without them. What we will not do is publish a price list: leveling caster price depends on model, quantity, wheel material and destination, and a list price that is wrong for your order wastes your time and ours. Send the specification and you get a real number.

Lead times run from deposit confirmation, not from the date of enquiry. If you have a fixed installation date, tell us at the quotation stage and we will confirm whether it is achievable — and say so honestly if it is not.

One thing worth knowing before you compare: a cheaper caster is often a heavier one, because the rated capacity is partly spent carrying the caster itself. At the same rating, our die-cast aluminium bracket puts more of that capacity into holding your equipment up.

Standard catalogue models start from a few hundred pieces, and sample orders from 4 pcs are available so you can check the quality first. OEM and custom production — your brand, colour, packaging, or a new plate or stem — typically requires 5,000 pcs per model per size.
Orders up to 2,000 pcs ship in about 10 days after deposit confirmation. Larger orders and fully custom runs take longer; the exact schedule is confirmed in the quotation, because it depends on model mix rather than on total quantity alone.
Flexible. The usual arrangement is T/T 30% deposit with the balance against copy of B/L. Tell us what your company normally works with and we will try to match it.
FOB Ningbo or FOB Yiwu is standard, chosen by destination and sailing schedule. CIF, CFR and EXW can be arranged. Yiwu is often the better choice for smaller consolidated shipments.
Yes. Private label on the caster, custom carton printing, custom colours and custom packaging are all available on OEM runs. We can also supply neutral packaging if you would rather not show a manufacturer name.
Yes. Send the plate dimensions and hole spacing, or a sample of the caster you are replacing, and we will confirm whether an existing model matches or whether a custom plate is needed. Custom tooling is part of OEM production.
