What information do you need to give me a quotation?

Six things: the model or a drawing, the load each caster carries, the mounting type, your quantities, the destination port, and the application. With those, a firm quotation is normally issued within one working day.

What is the minimum order quantity for leveling casters?

Samples start at 4 pcs per model. Custom OEM versions such as special colours, logos or stem lengths are typically 5,000 pcs per model.

How long does delivery take?

Orders up to 2,000 pcs are normally ready in around 10 days after deposit and drawing approval. Larger volumes are scheduled individually and confirmed when we quote.

Which trade terms and payment methods do you accept?

FOB Ningbo and FOB Yiwu are standard, with CIF, CFR and EXW available on request. Payment is normally T/T 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy.

Can I get drawings and certificates before ordering?

Yes. 2D drawings in DWG or DXF, 3D models in STEP or IGES and load ratings are all released on request once we have confirmed the mounting requirement with you. The CE certificate is available, and RoHS / REACH test reports can be provided on request.

Before You Send — What We Need to Quote Accurately

Almost every delayed quotation is missing one of the six points below. Send them together in one message and you will normally have a firm price the same working day — no back-and-forth over three emails.

Model or drawing — A DancyCastor model number such as DC-60F, or your own 2D / 3D drawing. No model number? Describe the machine and the mounting footprint, and we will propose one.

Load per caster — The working load each caster carries — not the total machine weight. On four casters, divide by three rather than four: load rarely sits evenly, and one corner always takes more.

Mounting type — Top plate, stem / bolt hole, or a custom bracket. If it has to match an existing footprint, send the plate outline and the hole spacing.

Quantities — Sample quantity, first production order, and expected annual volume. Volume is what moves the price — so give us the real number rather than the smallest one.

Destination port — So the quotation is issued on the right term. FOB Ningbo and FOB Yiwu are our standard; CIF, CFR and EXW are quoted against your port on request.

Application and environment — Welding table, food line, clean room, outdoor yard. Wash-down areas, coolant and swarf change the wheel material and the bracket finish.
