Product Overview

The DC-80F is a heavy-duty leveling caster — also known as a Fuma wheel — with a 90 × 90mm top plate for bolt-through mounting. It does two jobs in one unit: roll the equipment into position on the 61mm nylon wheel, then turn the built-in leveling pad down to take the load off the wheel and lock the machine perfectly level on uneven floors. Rated 500 kg (1100 lbs) per caster, 1000 kg (2205 lbs) on a set of four. One-piece formed steel housing with a 5mm thick mounting plate.

DC-80F is manufactured and exported directly by Zhejiang YongKang Dancy Machine Co., Ltd (brand: DancyCastor) in Yongkang, Zhejiang, China. We are a manufacturing factory, not a trading company. Our story begins in 1995 in a family metal-casting workshop; we were incorporated in 2003 and have been making casters ever since. Core castings are produced in our own foundry.
